Established in 2005, Ascenda Kent is an independent training company. With a combined experience of over 60 years, the core team consists of training development and education professionals. We work predominantly within the engineering and construction sectors including the water industry and have the ability to resource projects with highly skilled people working in their own specialist areas.

We offer a flexible approach to training and development needs and are able to work alongside organisations’ internal teams. Our flexibility enables us to offer a variety of services. These range from assisting organisations to develop their own training packages through to a complete outsourcing solution including research, design, piloting, delivering and evaluating training programmes.

Ascenda Kent has experience of advising and working with small to medium enterprises as well as large multinationals. The service we offer is personal and tailored to suit each individual organisation. We can be called upon to respond quickly to support in periods of high workload for example, during graduate and technician recruitment times or the accreditation of training schemes by engineering institutions.
