-Providing a cost-effective peripatetic Design and Draughting assessment and verification service through our Approved Vocational Qualification Centre.  Where appropriate, using the remote E-qual electronic assessment method.

-Offering TECSkills coaching for Design and Draughting personnel through our Accredited TECSkills Centre.

-Promoting company and industry training schemes at Universities, Colleges of Further Education and careers fairs in the UK and overseas.

-Designing, implementing and maintaining competence based programmes such as NVQ and SVQ to the satisfaction of Awarding Bodies.

-Assisting companies to achieve ‘Approved Centre’ status who aim to deliver NVQ or SVQ and assess their own staff to reduce assessment costs.

-Designing and delivering tailored, in-company courses.  For example, Negotiation Skills.

-Researching, defining and charting career pathways within the Industry.

-Producing specific training materials.  For example, Plant Layout and Design.

-Developing, designing and implementing training programmes and monitoring systems designed for foreign nationals.  For example, where a condition of an overseas contract is to train local personnel.

-Designing non-traditional, non-engineering graduate programmes.  For example, Project Control and Procurement.  Ensuring full liaison with appropriate professional bodies.
